Arkle’s Dominic Bronti named in Leasing Foundation’s 30 under 30 index

Dominic Bronti, Arkle Business Development Manager, has been recognised in the Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 index for 2025 for his outstanding impact and rapid career growth in the asset finance industry.

Now in its fifth year, the ‘30 under 30’ in asset finance is an annual award that celebrates the brightest young professionals in the industry. Inclusion is based on making a significant impact, strong performance and leadership qualities. These rising stars were officially recognised at the Asset Finance Connect autumn conference on 25 November.

Dominic joined Arkle just over two years ago, having previously worked as a specialist funder supporting education financing. His move to Arkle marked a significant change in his role and responsibilities. From working with educational assets, Dominic stepped into a broker-facing role, serving the diverse funding needs of UK SMEs across a wide range of industries.
